The Betina-C

For Christmas, Jon got me the prettiest coat a girl could want. Ordinarily, I would tell all of you how great Soia & Kyo is and encourage everyone to support them. But not today, or any other day for that matter.

While I love the coat, I refuse to buy another product from them and here's why. They make you pay $25 for 2 day "FedEx >> Express" and when you don't get the coat for 10 full days, they refuse to reimburse you the shipping cost, even after haggling with the manager for 30 minutes. The reason? Well according to them, this shipping is express service, not express delivery. Express service is not guaranteed. When I demanded the money for the shipping cost returned, the manager informed me his company is doing me a favor by only charging $25 because it actually cost $55 to ship internationally from Canada and couldn't I just be thankful for that? At this point I was late for a meeting and said, "Look, I'm late for a meeting so are you going to refund me the shipping cost or what?" His response? I'm willing to give you a 15, no make that 20% coupon off your next purchase for your troubles." I told him there would be no further purchases and that the coupon wouldn't be necessary. Then I told him that I planned to blog about this and share it with all my friends before I hung up. So consider this your Soia & Kyo warning.
