I just finished my first Cardio Sculpt fitness class after work and pretty much feel like throwing up. The worst exercise? Sit-ups-into-hurling-a-2.5'-diameter-ball-against-a-wall-only-to-catch-it-as-it-flies-back-it-you-only-to-lower-yourself-back-down-and-repeat-10-times. You see, I can't do a sit-up. Nope, not one unless I have my feet anchored under a weight. I think I'll blame the shape of my back. That must be it.
Time to truck my broken body home.
