Spring Cleaning

This weekend I did a little purge. No, not the bulimic kind - the "you've had this shirt since your sophomore year in high school" kind. In the end, I donated a stuffed garbage bag worth of clothes to the White Elephant, a resale shop that supports Children's Memorial Hospital. During this purge I've realized that all I own are solid colors. If I'm out shopping with any of you, you must do me this one favor. Stop me if I want to buy another solid anything (minus pants).

After the purge I felt the need to replace at least one article of clothing. Perhaps my newest obsession is with the company Threadless. If you're not already familiar, here's the deal. People submit t-shirt designs, the community votes, the winners are paid $2000 and the shirts go into production. The storefront on Broadway is where I made my first purchase: Word!

This store inspired Jon and I - We've got some prototypes in the works but I'm not going to spoil anything until they're uploaded. Stay tuned.
